Kohimarama House Renovation

We had the privilege of collaborating with our clients based overseas on the complete renovation of their New Zealand family home.

Our brief was to design their kitchen, laundry and study nook to reflect a warm and inviting feel, incorporating modern storage solutions and warm aesthetics.
The large L shape kitchen with island features vast storage and benchtop areas for this growing family and will ensure it meets all the needs of for modern family living.

Shaker-style cabinetry and warm wood-tone panels contribute to an inviting ambiance within the open-plan space and harmonize with the overall aesthetics of the home.

The laundry area features soft seal grey cabinetry paired with brushed nickel tapware and fixtures offer a warm and inviting aesthetic to this lovely laundry. A large blind corner storage for linen along with a dedicated space for everyday tall laundry essentials. The working benchtop area features a modern subway tile profile, LED lighting and skylight above making working in this functional space a pleasure.

A compact and functional study nook has been designed behind sliding doors to enable the area to be closed off when not in use and away from the eye into the open planed living space. The simplistic design is highly functional.
