Situated on land cherished by our client’s family for generations. This special new build project is anchored by lifelong memories that run deep into the soil of its foundations.
Our design brief was to create warm and inviting spaces to be enjoyed with family and friends for years to come including, kitchen scullery, laundry and wardrobes.
The kitchen features rich oak panels and natural textured concrete benchtops offering warmth and visual contrast, against the light filled open planned living area overlooking expansive views of Onetangi beach.
Bespoke buffet storage utilises the alcove adjacent to the kitchen to provide practical space for entertaining essentials, including dinnerware and glassware. Brushed stainless insert panels and LED lighting elevate the design to enhance the texture and ambience.
A thoughtfully designed modern laundry and functional working scullery completes the brief for a practical space, offering a quiet area away from the main kitchen when hosting visitors.
Understated luxury ensures this Waiheke Bach achieves a harmonious balance. Spaces are welcoming, ergonomic, and contemporary, promising longevity and enduring appeal.
